In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

pkr99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time, including during initial registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to a support query. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pkr99 account only. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All financial transactions on the pkr99 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr99 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkr99 wallet within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to two (2) business hours depending on interbank processing times. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and any winnings derived from it permanently forfeited, and their account may be permanently suspended.

pkr99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and in the process of active wagering will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

All sports bets placed on pkr99 are subject to the pkr99 Sports Betting Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. The following general principles apply to all wagers:

• A bet is confirmed and binding only when pkr99 issues a bet confirmation reference number to your account. Bets shown as "pending" have not yet been confirmed and may be declined if an odds error is identified prior to confirmation.

• Providing false or misleading information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to place wagers or fulfil wagering requirements.

pkr99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your pkr99 account in the ninety (90) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pkr99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
